Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is hiring an Onsite Groundskeeper in Doral, FL. You will maintain common areas, perform routine maintenance tasks, and assist with minor repairs and painting to keep the community immaculate. The schedule is typically Monday–Friday, with possible weekend availability.

Must live in or near Doral and have a valid driver’s license; bilingual in English is a plus. This role supports the Doral Isles Community Association under RealManage Elevated Onsite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Maintenance experience is helpful.
• Good communication in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas around buildings, walkways, pool areas impeccably.
• Remove litter and debris; weed and landscape debris.
• Perform minor repairs, painting, weed control, irrigation tasks.
• Complete work-orders and weekly maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with supervisor and property manager.
