Job summary

Affinity Management Services is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and common areas across communities in South Florida. You will perform routine cleaning, minor handyman tasks, and assist with special projects as needed to keep properties safe and well-kept.

The role requires physical fitness, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule. Prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience and reliable transportation are preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred in property or maintenance roles.
• Strong customer service skills are preferred.
• Reliable with dependable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of exterior and common areas.
• Clean clubhouse and pool areas (if applicable).
• Operate equipment such as pressure cleaners and blowers.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests and hurricane prep.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
