Sibylline is seeking an experienced security operations professional to serve as Manager overseeing the client’s global security operations. This onsite role at the client’s Los Angeles office reports to the client-side Manager and collaborates with global security leadership to ensure 24/7 protection of facilities, personnel, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing security operations, GSOC, or related centers.
• Ability to manage high-priority incidents and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with access control, video management, alarm monitoring, and case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, workforce planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of a 24/7 program and associated staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management activities.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, escalation procedures, quality standards, and operational metrics.
• Provide management oversight to the intelligence team, coordinating between intelligence and physical security operations.
• Oversee alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, access control administration, badge management, dispatch, and incident management functions.
• Monitor service delivery, workforce coverage, and operational readiness.
• Support critical incidents, emergencies, business disruptions, and executive-level escalations.
• Lead monthly operational reviews, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements.
