Sibylline is seeking an experienced Embedded Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to lead the client’s 24/7 security program in Los Angeles. The role requires coordinating physical security operations with the intelligence team, overseeing alarm monitoring, access control, CCTV, dispatch, and incident management, and driving continuous improvements.

Sibylline is seeking an experienced security operations professional to serve as Manager supporting the client's global security operations.

The Manager will lead physical security Supervisors and Operators across multiple locations and provide management oversight to the intelligence team, ensuring effective coordination between physical security operations and intelligence functions, and contributing to the function as needed. The role will ensure the consistent delivery of alarm monitoring, access control administration, CCTV operations, dispatch coordination, incident management, badge administration, emergency communications, and customer support activities.

The role requires strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, workforce planning, quality assurance, and performance management capabilities. The successful candidate will maintain service delivery standards, develop personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with client policies, procedures, and escalation requirements.

This is an onsite role at the client's Los Angeles office, requiring you to work core business hours Monday to Friday. You may occasionally be required to support out-of-hours or weekend operations during crisis events and be flexible to cover gaps as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly operational reviews, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements.

• Experience managing security operations, GSOC, intelligence, command center, or similarly integrated operational teams.
• Ability to manage high-priority incidents and make timely decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with access control, video management, alarm monitoring, and case management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, workforce planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with platforms such as Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of security operations, operations center, or related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience leading operational teams.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. The position works in an on-site office environmentutilizinga computerand standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required tointeract collaboratively with the team and stakeholders and communicate via phone, video phone, or text messaging. The employee maybe requiredto occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The position may require travel up to5%.

• Salary Range:$106,400 - 133,000
