Securitas USA is seeking a GSOC Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Global Security Operations Center, overseeing incident management, compliance programs, and business continuity across the enterprise. The role acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and Global Safety & Security leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead GSOC personnel including Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Operators to ensure readiness.
• Manage all GSOC operations, including training programs, drills, alarm audits, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, invoicing, staffing, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor and coordinate responses to global security incidents and disruptions.
• Escalate incidents to leadership and collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Facilities, and business leaders.
• Exercise sound judgment per policies and risk practices.
• Serve as SME for security systems and partner with vendors for improvements.
• Document and report incidents, investigations, and project status.
