Sibylline Americas in Los Angeles seeks an experienced security operations Supervisor to oversee the 24/7 global operations on-site at the client’s LA office. You will provide shift leadership and operational oversight for personnel and activities.

Key duties include supervising alarms, dispatch, access control, CCTV, and incident management; acting as escalation point for Operators and the Manager when needed; and ensuring quality reporting, compliance, and continuity across shifts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in operational security or GSOC.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily shift activities and lead Operators.
• Review alarms, incidents, and dispatches for proper handling.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident management.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, dispatch, and alarm systems for quality and compliance.
• Prepare reports and logs with accuracy and completeness.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to staff.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and escalation management.
• Act as shift lead during critical incidents or disruptions.
