Sibylline Americas is seeking an experienced Embedded Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to oversee a 24/7 security operations program in Los Angeles. The role leads security supervisors and operators, coordinates the intelligence function, and ensures alarm monitoring, CCTV, access control, and incident management align with client policies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of security operations, operations center, or related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience leading operational teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of a 24/7 program and staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Establish SOPs, escalation procedures, quality standards, and operational metrics.
• Provide management oversight to the intelligence team, supporting effective coordination between intelligence activities and physical security operations.
• Oversee alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, access control administration, badge management, dispatch, and incident management functions.
• Monitor service delivery, workforce coverage, and operational readiness.
• Support critical incidents, emergencies, business disruptions, and executive-level escalations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with Regional Security Managers, Workplace, Facilities, and third-party vendors.
• Lead monthly operational reviews, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements.
