Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Per Diem on-site Out-patient Physical Therapist to serve residents within our Peabody, MA community. You will support residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs while implementing individualized care plans on-site.

The role emphasizes holistic, resident-centered care in a continuing care retirement community, with on-site physicians, a collaborative clinical team, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to Erickson Senior Living residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
• Document patient progress to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
