Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Per Diem on-site Out-patient Physical Therapist in Peabody, MA. You will work with residents living on campus, implementing care plans and supporting mobility and independence within a holistic team environment.

The role emphasizes documentation to meet regulatory requirements, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and ongoing education; onsite facilities and a competitive hourly pay range are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
