Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking a Per Diem on-site Out-patient Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide a holistic approach, support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and implement personal care plans with focus on strengths and routines.

Join an interdisciplinary team with onsite physicians and wellness services. Must hold a current PT license; experience with older adults preferred; compensation ranges from $39.00

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet Medicare and state requirements.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care and implement residents’ personal care plans.
• Work with an interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
• Utilize onsite medical centers and wellness visits for residents and staff.
