Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a fully onsite General Manager to oversee operations, team performance, and business results across cemetery and funeral home locations in our portfolio. You will own P&L, drive profitability, and lead a diverse team to deliver compassionate, high-quality service to families.

The role requires a strong operations backbone, budget discipline, and a people-first leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum five years of management and personnel supervision experience.
• Experience in client-facing service operations and leading multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily operations for a portfolio of cemetery and funeral home locations, including P&L responsibility.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profits; monitor financial results and control costs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams; ensure excellent customer service for families and internal customers.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and service excellence across locations.
