Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, teams, and business results across multiple cemetery and funeral home locations. This onsite role carries a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with an incentive plan tied to site performance and requires regular onsite presence.

The GM will lead a diverse set of functions, drive profitability, and model exemplary service while managing budgets, staffing, and vendor relationships in a compassionate, values-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in management and personnel supervision.
• Experience with client-facing service operations and leading complex operations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across multiple locations with full P&L responsibility.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profit levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Hold weekly managers meetings to review staffing, development, and training needs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff in line with company standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop individual development plans.
• Manage merchandise and property inventory.
• Manage vendor relationships within budget.
• Ensure workplace health and safety standards.
• Select and purchase materials for operations within budget.
