Everstory Partners seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations across cemetery and funeral home locations. This onsite role carries full P&L responsibility, drives profitability, and ensures service excellence.

You will hire, lead, and coach teams while managing budgets and vendor relationships. You will report to senior leadership, travel among sites as needed, and align operations with company standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum five years of management and personnel supervision experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Hold full P&L responsibility for portfolio operations across locations.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and profits while controlling costs.
• Model exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Lead and develop diverse teams; manage staffing, training and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, and retain personnel across multiple sites; conduct performance reviews.
