Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and performance across cemetery and funeral home locations. This onsite leadership role drives profitability, customer service, and staff development while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and cross-location coordination, with a focus on growing markets and delivering exceptional service to families.

Qualifications

• Must have strong operations and management experience across multiple locations.
• Ability to hire, coach and retain high-performing teams.
• Experience with budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff, and partners.
• Proven track record in ensuring service excellence and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations and P&L for a portfolio of cemetery and funeral home locations.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and profit targets through effective leadership.
• Model excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead weekly managers meetings and staff development plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain personnel in line with company standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety guidelines.
