Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a General Manager to oversee operations for multiple cemetery and funeral home locations. The role requires owning P&L, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring top-tier service.

This is a fully on-site position with regular leadership responsibilities and a performance-based bonus plan. You will recruit and develop teams, monitor budgets, and align operations with company standards while maintaining strong community relationships and focusing on compassionate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of management and personnel supervision experience.
• Experience in client-facing service operations and managing complex operations.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; travel possible.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across multiple cemetery and funeral home locations with P&L responsibility.
• Review financial results, manage budgets and cost controls to meet targets.
• Lead, develop and coach teams to achieve service and performance goals.
• Promote service excellence and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
• Facilitate weekly managers meetings and recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety standards.
