Everstory Partners is seeking a fully onsite General Manager to oversee operations, team performance, and business results across multiple cemetery and funeral home locations.

The role offers a base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance, and requires regular onsite presence across the assigned locations.

You will hire, develop, coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence for families across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of management and personnel supervision experience.
• Experience with client-facing service operations and leading multiple departments.
• Strong budgeting and accounting familiarity; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Own daily operations and P&L for portfolio ensuring growth.
• Review sales, profitability, and costs; keep within budgets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Lead and develop multiple-location teams with regular coaching.
• Conduct weekly managers meetings on staffing, training, and plans.
• Recruit, hire, and retain staff per company standards.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships; ensure safety standards.
• Write performance reviews and develop staff through development plans.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety policies.
