Zusammenfassung

Everstory Partners is seeking an onsite General Manager to oversee operations, teams and profitability across cemetery and funeral home locations. You will drive service excellence, budgets, and vendor relations while leading a diverse team.

The role offers a base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance. Regular onsite presence is required across assigned locations.

• Strong combination of business operations, quality, continuous improvement, process development and management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain trust with stakeholders.
• Experience handling location issues including customer complaints.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing multiple departments across locations.
• Proactive prioritization and urgency when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own daily operations with full P&L responsibility to drive growth.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and profit; monitor finances against goals.
• Provide excellent customer service; resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Motivate and lead teams to achieve goals within guidelines.
• Facilitate weekly managers meetings on staffing, development and plans.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain staff per company standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans.
• Manage merchandise and inventory for locations.
• Manage vendor relationships to support needs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and operational plans.
• Procure materials for operations within budget.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in business or related

5+ years management experience
