Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with ATS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using varied methods including job postings and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit and skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
