Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume or full-cycle environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through networking, community partnerships, colleges and universities, and job fairs.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates and maintain engagement within talent pools.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data in Paycom.
• Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers, candidates, and leadership.
