Job summary

Ledcor Group in Reno, NV seeks a proactive Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across high-volume trades and professional roles. You will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and craft recruiting strategies that move hiring forward in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, use behavioral interviewing, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining Workday data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates via multiple channels.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative partnering with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage external labor markets to identify top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume trades and professional roles.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to offer, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align hiring plans with workforce needs and market conditions.
• Assess candidates using behavioral techniques and provide hiring guidance.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in Workday and ensure policy compliance.
