Job summary

Terranea-Resorts is seeking an on-site Call Center Agent to deliver courteous, professional guest services. You will handle inbound calls, coordinate with hotel departments, and assist with concierge requests using ALICE, OpenTable, Opera and HotSOS systems.

A hospitality background and strong communication skills are essential. Formal education includes a high school diploma with preferred college coursework in business or hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of college level courses in Business or Hospitality desirable.
• One or more years of experience in the hospitality industry; preferably in Front Office/PBX/Rooms Division.
• Previous guest relations training.

Responsibilities

• Understand and practice Terranea Core Values daily.
• Answer phone system with positive, articulate voice.
• Route callers to requested guest or hotel department.
• Assist guests with concierge services using ALICE and Open Table systems.
• Enter calls into HotSOS for dispatch to appropriate department.
• Respond to dispatches with radio system for Porter/Valet requests.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Document guest requests and issues in Opera and resolve where possible.
