Job summary

Terranea Resorts is seeking an Experience Concierge to serve as the primary sales advocate for a comprehensive resort experience. You will greet guests at the Experience Center, design custom itineraries, and manage reservations to ensure exceptional service during pre-arrival and stay phases.

You will leverage Forbes standards and the Aspire Sales Funnel to maximize ancillary revenues while maintaining confidentiality and a warm, personalized approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, vendors and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving, judgement and decision making abilities.
• Fluent in multiple languages is highly preferred.
• Detail oriented with careful, accurate work and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Empathy and genuine care for guests, with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Experience Center and promote resort services and amenities.
• Design custom itineraries and handle reservations for in-house guests.
• Use the Aspire Sales Funnel to maximize ancillary revenues.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, local events, and transportation options.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure a seamless, memorable experience.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain confidentiality and protect assets.
• Create personalized welcome notes and VIP experiences when needed.
• Assist Reservations and Front Office teams as required.
