Job summary

Concentrix in Austin, TX seeks a Fraud Analyst to detect and mitigate abuse in the VR developer ecosystem. You will investigate fraud, fake accounts, collusion, and engagement manipulation while collaborating with global teams and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

You will analyze large datasets, leverage internal and external intel, and contribute to automation efforts. The role requires onsite work at 300 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78701 and US residency.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to convey technical information clearly
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work independently in unstructured environments
• Proactive about identifying fraud and abuse in large datasets
• Experience with video gaming and social media platforms preferred
• Experience with VR Oculus headset and VR systems preferred
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for threats and abuse using internal data, open-source intel, and private intelligence
• Conduct complex investigations to understand abuse and implement enforcement strategies
• Analyze large datasets to support investigations and identify trends
• Identify opportunities to automate investigative processes
• Scale investigations by building workflows to reduce false positives
• Develop strategies to prevent and disrupt abuse at scale
• Synthesize findings and communicate technical information to internal teams
• Ensure service levels meet contractual KPIs
• Develop understanding of software products to assist developers
• Provide white-glove customer interactions and resolve issues quickly
• Offer feedback to improve training and processes
