Job summary

Fooda is hiring for an onsite Operations role in Memphis, TN, focused on managing night-time, high-volume food service operations across multiple locations. The role requires leadership, scheduling, and strong client relationships with a heavy emphasis on reliability and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will supervise teams, collaborate with partners, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining safety standards and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• You have 4-6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, event management, account management, or a similar service-focused environment.
• You have experience directly supervising employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• You are available to work a fixed, primarily nighttime schedule onsite five days per week.
• You are willing and able to provide weekend on-call coverage.
• You are comfortable working onsite in a high-volume, fast-paced construction environment.
• You remain calm and solutions-focused when handling service disruptions, staffing challenges, and escalations.
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple locations, schedules, partners, and deadlines.
• You build strong relationships with clients, employees, restaurant partners, and cross-functional teams.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with frontline employees and senior stakeholders.
• You are comfortable using Excel, scheduling and payroll systems, dashboards, and other internal tools.
• You use operational data and feedback to solve problems and improve performance.
• You are dependable, proactive, and willing to step in wherever needed to support successful service delivery.
