Fooda is recruiting an Event Coordinator in our Ohio market to support onsite events, set-up, tear-down, and ensure a positive guest experience with a hands-on hospitality mindset.

You will become proficient with Fooda’s technology, coordinate with restaurant partners, and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain high service standards. The role is part-time (5–25 hours/week) with flexible daytime shifts.

Qualificações

• Hospitality or events background preferred.
• On-site role requiring customer interaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot POS and onsite technology issues.

Responsabilidades

• Support Fooda events in onsite setup, tear-down, cleaning equipment and site areas.
• Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and miscommunications.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
