Fooda in Memphis is seeking a full-time Lead Event Coordinator to support on-site events across Fooda's partner restaurants. You will oversee setup, teardown, and ensure quality customer experiences.

The role involves learning Fooda's tech platform, coordinating with restaurants, resolving issues, and providing real-time service. Prior hospitality or events background preferred; driving locally is expected; standard hours are 9-5 with potential longer shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
• Must be able to drive locally in Memphis.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup and teardown of events and ensure clean equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, and communications.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with promotions and coaching related to Fooda app and technology.
• Coordinate with restaurants and Operations to ensure high-quality events.
