Job summary

Fooda seeks an onsite leader to deliver a hospitality-driven experience at a client location in Buffalo, NY. You will be the primary contact for clients, employees, and restaurant partners, ensuring daily service runs smoothly with strong communication and quick problem-solving.

You will shape the restaurant network, build relationships, and maintain operations with autonomy, reflecting Fooda’s standards of quality and care. 7-month project, full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.
• Ability to deliver a hospitality-driven experience on-site.
• Strong communication with clients, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and on time.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees; build trust through consistency and problem-solving.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators to keep service aligned and prepared for operations.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to set up for success and address issues as they arise.
• Monitor customer experience, identify trends, resolve concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain operational details: menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
