Fooda is seeking an onsite leader to deliver a hospitality-driven Fooda experience at a client location in the Indianapolis area. You will be the primary onsite contact for clients, consumers, and vendors, ensuring daily service runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring on-time, hospitality-first service.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and their employees.
• Provide onsite guidance to staff and coordinators when needed.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners to ensure setup and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer experience and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, and daily flow for smooth operation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
• This role is 100% onsite.
