Job summary

Fooda in Memphis is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator who thrives in a hands-on, hospitality-driven environment. You will be onsite at Fooda events, handling setup, supporting restaurant partners, engaging with customers, and helping with cleanup to ensure a polished experience.

The role rewards proactive, detail-oriented individuals with a flexible schedule (early mornings possible) and opportunities to work with a network of local restaurants.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be onsite and support events.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the onsite execution of Fooda events, including setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, and cleanup.
• Create a welcoming, organized, and polished environment and ensure the space looks great throughout service.
• Welcome local restaurant partners onsite and assist with setup and operational needs.
• Interact with customers providing friendly, proactive hospitality and resolve questions in real time.
• Keep service areas, equipment, and spaces clean and organized before, during, and after events.
• Monitor restaurant setups to ensure Fooda standards for presentation and cleanliness.
• Problem-solve onsite issues such as late restaurant arrivals and missing items.
• Learn and use Fooda’s technology, systems, and procedures.
• Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager.
