Job summary

Fooda seeks an onsite leader to deliver a hospitality-driven experience at a client location. You will be the primary contact for clients, employees, and vendors, ensuring daily service runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly while upholding Fooda’s standards.

In this role you’ll shape the restaurant network serving your location, build strong relationships, and coach staff as needed. You’ll operate with autonomy, balancing hospitality with operational judgment and maintaining presentation

Qualifications

• Must be naturally hospitality-driven with a warm, smooth experience for clients and customers.
• Independent onsite presence with ownership and autonomy.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, staff and restaurant partners.
• Calm under pressure and quick thinking when plans shift.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to keep day-to-day operations running well.
• Comfortable giving onsite direction without formal people management.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day onsite experience, ensuring programs run smoothly and with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client and employees, building trust through consistency and problem solving.
• Provide onsite guidance and support to staff or coordinators to keep service aligned.
• Partner with restaurant teams to set up for success, communicate expectations, and address issues.
• Monitor the customer experience, identify trends, resolve concerns, escalate when needed to the Sr Strategic Account Manager.
• Maintain menus, POS updates, signage, daily flow, and overall presentation.
• Influence the restaurant network by sharing feedback and reinforcing standards.
