Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing within established procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy.
• Use 360 View to identify needs, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and make appropriate referrals.
• Promote self-service options and assist with appointment setting.
• Remain alert to fraud indicators and educate customers as needed.
• Complete training on time and follow all laws, regulations, and bank policies.
