Job summary

You will balance cash drawers daily, pursue cross-sell opportunities using Mercantile's CRM system, and travel to support branches in the Central Market area. This role requires strong communication, accuracy in cash handling, and a proactive, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Proficient in cash handling and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel to nearby branches

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily
• Provide friendly, professional service and build customer relationships
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers using CRM 360 View
• Answer inquiries and direct customers to appropriate bank personnel
