You will handle a range of teller transactions, maintain your cash drawer, and actively pursue cross-sell opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work onsite in a dynamic, community-focused environment, collaborating with teammates to meet branch goals and support the central market.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proficient cash handling with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capable of data entry and computer system navigation.
• Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments) accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Promote customer relations and provide quality service to all customers.
• Initiate sales and referrals using the CRM system and meet sales goals.
• Answer telephones and direct inquiries to appropriate bank personnel.
