Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process factory vehicle orders and verify specs, pricing, and requirements.
• Communicate with manufacturers on timelines, configurations, and updates.
• Review reports for discrepancies and delays; negotiate cost with dealers.
• Coordinate deliveries and identify dealers for transportation.
• Maintain license, title, registration, and plate data; update stakeholders.
• Enter orders in manufacturer systems and monitor inventory.
