Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor driver hours and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate freight movements and identify revenue opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Track vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Pre-dispatch to optimize equipment and personnel.
• Enter data in transportation management systems and company software.
• Provide dispatch coverage for other divisions.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
