Clean Harbors in La Porte, TX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Insite Coordinator) to efficiently schedule regional equipment and personnel, including drivers, and to provide logistics services to internal and external customers. The role will supervise multiple associates within the territory to ensure optimal efficiency and execution.

• Experience in logistics or dispatch handling.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background check, drug test and physical as required by position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Schedule drivers and review daily logs for DOT compliance.
• Receive calls to schedule responses and coordinate with customers.
• Maintain communication among customers, drivers and central logistics team.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles receive regular maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Provide compliance information, maintenance, safety and permitting to Manager.
• Ensure drivers meet federal and company regulations and policies.
• Complete driver logs, vehicle inspections, and job folders daily.
• Review logistics and coordinate with customer service to meet shipping needs.
• Promote safety with proper PPE, work plans and training.
• Understand job profitability by efficient resource scheduling.
