Pratt & Whitney Component Repairs in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Finance Controller to serve as a trusted business partner to site leadership, providing financial insight and strategic guidance that directly supports operational and business performance. This onsite role is based at our Wichita Falls facility and offers broad exposure to both finance and manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with 8+ years of experience (or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years) and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 8 years of Accounting experience, OR an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data for accurate accounting of consolidated results.
Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements and audits.
Provide management with information vital to decision-making.
Leading the budget process to identify opportunities and drive performance.
Assessing current accounting operations and implementing improvements.
