What You Will Do:

Pratt & Whitney Component Repairs in Wichita Falls, TX is a leader in hot section component repair supporting Pratt & Whitney Canada’s OEM and aftermarket businesses. As the Finance Controller, you will serve as a trusted business partner to site leadership, providing financial insight and strategic guidance that directly supports operational and business performance. In this highly visible role, you will have direct leadership responsibility, oversee site financial reporting and controls, and partner closely with senior leaders across the site and broader organization to drive accountability, improve performance, and support business decisions. This role is onsite at our Component Repair facility in Wichita Falls, Texas and serves as a key strategic partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions as well as hiring, training and retaining skilled accounting staff
• Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements, and activities of internal and external auditors
• Provide management team with information vital to the decision-making process
• Leading the budget process to identify opportunities and drive business performance
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 8 years of Accounting experience, OR an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience

We Prefer:

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a professional designation such as the chartered professional accountant (CPA).
• Previous experience as an Assistant Controller, Controller, or a similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment with P&L ownership
• Previous cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment
• Adaptable, autonomous with a positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

This position is classified as:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
