RTX is seeking a Finance Controller for Pratt & Whitney Component Repairs in Wichita Falls, TX. You will partner with site leadership to deliver financial insight, oversee reporting and controls, and drive accountability across manufacturing operations.

This onsite role requires strong leadership and strategic financial skills to support business decisions. Responsibilities include directing accounting operations, consolidating data, coordinating audits, and guiding budgeting to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 8+ years of accounting experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operations and manage accounting staff.
Consolidate financial data for accurate results and reports.
Coordinate internal and external financial statements and audits.
Provide management with information vital to decision making.
Lead the budgeting process to identify opportunities and drive performance.
Assess operations and implement process improvements.
