Job summary

Republic Finance is offering a Branch Ops Intern role designed for current college juniors or seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The internship is 100% onsite, with a salary of $15.00 per hour and the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will learn the day-to-day branch operations, loan processes, and regulatory training, while gaining exposure to various departments and career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass criminal background, credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan processes, regulatory training, and branch operations.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding tasks.
• Meet with your Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
