• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Shadow managers to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings and participate in process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
