Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background, credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet licensing eligibility for insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day branch operations and the Republic Way sales and customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings; prepare and audit files.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Contribute to process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Gain exposure to corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
