Job summary

Republic Finance is offering a Branch Operations Intern program in South Carolina, designed for current college juniors or seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The role is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and multiple branch operations activities while interacting with management and regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily functions and operations of a branch and broader organization.
• Interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience.
• Learn about sales and customer service approach, compliance training, loan closing, leadership training and branch operations projects.
• Gain exposure to career paths and company initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement related projects.
