Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Ops Interns to learn daily branch functions and the broader organization. This 100% onsite internship offers hands-on experience in loan processes, customer service, compliance training, and leadership development through accelerated programs.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple departments and potential career paths within Republic Finance. You will work 18-20 hours per week while in college and may transition to full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background and credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn the loan process, regulatory training, and branch operations.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding activities.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to learn about the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued and learn about company benefits.
