Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch and the broader organization.
• Gain exposure to loan processes including origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Spend time with management to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Explore branch operations process improvement projects and corporate roles related to branch activities.
