• Electromechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to our clients. Manage call resolve issues in accordance with the customer's SLA to optimize satisfaction.
• Use electromechanical skills to repair devices. Xerox provides training by certified instructors and in-house training.
• Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact and managing inventory of equipment.
• Provide communication and interface to on-site client base about equipment status and availability, coordinating with Xerox personnel.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
