Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients and manage calls per SLA to maximize satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance and inventories.
• Communicate status and engage Xerox personnel as needed on-site.
• Deliver product training to end users to improve understanding.
