Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to support our field service operations and delight customers with reliable, hands-on repairs.

Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will use electro-mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair devices, ensure devices are operating correctly, and meet productivity goals while delivering top-notch service. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and reading electrical schematics.
• Superior time management skills and reliability; dependable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage. MVR check included.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to our clients; ensure devices are working correctly and customers receive top-notch service.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training and in-house courses.
• Achieve productivity goals: 5 gross calls/day, ~50% first-time fix, 2–4 hour response, minimize parts costs.
