Job summary

MTN seeks a Field Technician to travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair technical equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure customers know how to operate their systems effectively.

Responsibilities include configuring hardware/software, testing components, guiding users, handling work orders, and logging service activities in our field software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance (OSHA).
• Ability to read schedules, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and field management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, configuring, and testing hardware/software at client sites.
• Diagnosing issues and replacing defective parts.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Training customers on equipment operations and usage.
• Managing work orders and inventory; logging services.
• Operating company vehicles per safety guidelines.
