Job summary

MTN Global is seeking a Field Technician to install, maintain, and repair technical equipment at client sites across the region. You will be the on-site face of the company, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customers can use their systems confidently.

You will travel frequently to field locations, work outdoors in varying conditions, and follow OSHA safety guidelines. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in field operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance (OSHA).
• Ability to read schedules, work orders, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with mobile devices, field management software, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel to field locations and job sites.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if required.
